Before and after, with the plan that got there.
Four cases from the last two years, with what was actually done.
Cracked molar rebuilt with a crown
A vertical crack across the biting surface made the tooth painful under pressure. The tooth was shaped, a temporary fitted the same day, and a ceramic crown cemented at the second visit.
Gap closed with a porcelain veneer
A visible gap between the front teeth was closed with a single hand layered veneer, shade matched to the teeth beside it rather than bleached white.
Six months in clear aligners
Crowding on the lower front teeth was corrected with a series of clear aligners, changed every two weeks, followed by a fixed retainer.
Missing molar replaced with an implant
A molar lost to an old fracture was replaced with a titanium implant and crown, planned from a 3D scan taken at the first visit.
