Dr. Mariel Ocampo opened BrightSmile with two chairs and one assistant. The clinic has four chairs now and the habit has not changed: the dentist who examines you is the dentist who finishes the work. Appointments are booked at 45 minute blocks so nobody is rushed out of the room.
We keep the equipment current and the room quiet. Instruments are pouched and autoclaved for every patient, and each operatory has its own suction and sterile tray setup.

Teeth cleaning and preventive care
Scaling, polishing, fluoride and sealants, with a written note on the spots to watch.

Ceramic work for broken, worn or gapped teeth, planned with photos first.
Two visits, with a fitted temporary while the lab work is made.
Orthodontics and braces
Metal, ceramic or clear aligners, with monthly adjustments.
A retainer is fitted the same week the braces come off.
Three things we refuse to rush.
A full exam takes an hour. We chart every tooth, take the images we need, and explain the findings while you are still sitting up.
Topical gel first, then slow anaesthetic. We wait until you say the area is fully numb before touching a handpiece.
Urgent work first, cosmetic work after. You get the sequence, the cost and the option to spread visits over months.
